All prices are based on two adults sharing and include a full scottish breakfast. All rooms are en-suite.


Children up to two years free unless travel cot supplied which is charged at £5.00 per night
Children 3 - 10 years £15.00 (when sharing with 2 adults)
Children 11 - 14 years £25.00 (when sharing with 2 adults)
Children 15+ are charged at the full adult rate

We aim to provide a clean, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere here in our home and therefore kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Please feel free to bring along slippers if you wish, although we do provide hotel-style slippers if required.


Check in is after 4.30 pm on the day of arrrival. On day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.

Terms and Cancellation

All prices are subject to change at Fernbank's discrecretion and are subject to availability. All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. We accept cash, cheques and all major debit and credit cards, except American Express. Please note that there is a charge of £1.00 per transation when paying with a credit card.


We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting). A no-show will be charged in full. We highly recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation.

Fernbank Guest House Bed & Breadfast is located in the attractive town of Aberfeldy, Perthshire, Scotland only 10 miles from the A9 and within a couple of hour's drive of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
