Highland Perthshire local produce is at the heart of all our breakfasts.

Should you have a particular request, we will try our best to accommodate.

Breakfast is served between 8 am and 9.30 am (Earlier by special request). A sample menu is shown below.

Fernbank In House Breakfast Menu:

Homemade granola with toasted seeds, nuts, and dried fruit served with natural yogurt and berries

Porridge with drizzled honey

Vegetarian breakfast (sausage, egg, spinach, mushrooms, tomato)

Scottish Breakfast (sausage, bacon, black pudding, fried egg, mushrooms, tomato, and beans)

Smashed avocado with chilli flakes, poached egg, and smoked salmon on a toasted bagel

American style fluffy pancakes with bacon and maple syrup

 Free-range eggs (scrambled, poached, or boiled)

Selection of breads toasted and served with a selection of preserves

The Tay Takeaway Option:

We are delighted to be able to offer an
alternative, supplied by The Tay coffee shop in the Centre of town,
where you can choose a breakfast roll or a delicious panini and a coffee or tea of your choice, to take-away and enjoy at your leisure.
