Meditation and Yoga Retreat includes:

~2 nights’ accommodation with hearty breakfasts

 ~a variety of nourishing meditation practices suitable for beginners and those with an established practice

~4 yoga classes (various styles and for all levels)

This weekend is designed to help you experience what it is like to slow down and be still. You will also discover ways to integrate this stillness into your everyday life.

Combining nourishment for the soul and the mind through meditation with nurturing the body through yoga is a wonderful combination.  

Susan Grandfield is a coach, a guide and a facilitator of inner growth and transformation.  She has found that life can be experienced with more ease, freedom and joy by turning attention inwards and discovering who we really are beyond the programmes and mind chatter.  Her intention is to help people create a bridge between the self-discovery that comes from the inner journey and bringing that into practice in everyday life.
